In the Central Pacific you can fin Jaco, Hermosa beach and Dominical; in the South Pacific: Pavones beach and Puerto Viejo of Talamanca, where you can find strong swells to practice this sport.

Also some of the most beautiful beaches are: Flamingo beach, Conchal, Ballena, Grande, Blanca, Montezuma, Zancudo and Santa Teresa. Along the Caribbean Coast there is the Wildlife Refuge Gandoca Manzanillo that has the best and more beautiful beaches.
